Off to Nice and Paris is pure MAGIC

Sorry for the delayed blog Paris has taken our eyes off reality for a bit. I (krissy) am sitting in our hostel waiting to check out and head to Nice...a nice 7 hour train ride away. :D I am sure we will be playing our fair share of mafia on the train to pass the time as well as catch up on some lost sleep. in the 2 days that we had here we managed to hit up the Notre Dame, the Louve, Versailles, the Eiffel Tower 2x and walk those dreadful steps up, the sacre core, and explore all around the area we are staying. yesterday we went to versailles and it was beautiful!!!! the gardens were amazing to get lost in and in the evening we went to an adorable restraunt that was tucked in the neighborhood right next to the sacre core. it was so amazing. the food was so great and we all tried snails :D and ate crepes . it was perfect. after we went to the eiffel tower and walked up the steps and looked out from the 2nd story at all the city. at mid night it lit up and glittered and sparkled and it was one of those moments we will never forget. Paris is a busy, creative, artsy, cute and romantic city as far as we have seen in the whirl wind of a stay. we are off to Nice and ready to lounge mindlessly on the beaches sipping our smoothies. can't wait!!!! Happy 4th of July!!!
